Hi. Overall-very good for price! Nice looking too. However, there is a design flaw: if trying to use USB port outlet on lamp base-you will be disappointed since the plug does not go all the way in because the wooden base is in the way!!! Just don’t use it or-have your carpenter husband(don’t mean to sound chauvinist) cut out small chunk of wooden base. PS I did detective work and looked back at pictures on Amazon and THERE IS SUCH A CUT IN PHOTOS.I've read a lot of the reviews. Must have lucked out because mine is just fine.Clamp is sturdy and holds tightly to a 1\4" piece of bamboo. The neck is heavy and holds it's shape. It comes with a 9W LED bulb. Instructions say not to exceed 15W.All in all, it's an inexpensive clamp on lamp that does exactly what it's supposed to do.I have bought 3 versions of clip on lamps, and did this had been my first purchase. One had to be charged like a cell phone. Ok,to camping or a storm but not much illumination. The second was just a piece of junk. This one was well worth the cost.Used it to read on my deck in my rocking chair. Clamp and flexible shaft holds light securely. Did replace provided light bulb with a spot light with higher lumens rating.I use the light for music sheet music. It attached to my keyboard and provides excellent illuminationPuzzlesExcellent little lampThis lamp rocks. As in, it's awesome, but also as in the base is very unbalanced so it tips over very easily. The three light settings are great. The multiple charging ports as well, however plugs don't go all the way into the outlet on the side which seems unsafe.
