Had this for 2+ years & works quite well! I needed a versatile light to function as multiple lighting options in small space: as bedside lamp, task/reading light, softer ambient lighting and it does quite well.Pros: 5 brightness options and 5 graduated warm light to cool light spectrum. Remote control and on-fixture controls. Flexible arm bends nicely and holds its position. Quality materials, sturdy.Cons: small knob that prevents the fixture from turning as it sits in base is hard to tighten enough and stay tightened. Every so often it needs to be tightened up a little, hence if I could, would be 4.5 stars so maybe feedback would improve that little knob in future editions? A personal con: the little light that illuminates on the controls area when unit is off—another situation where e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g has some sort of indicator light on it announcing “here I am!” Ugh. My solution: a few pieces of post it notes cut and placed over the offending culprit lol! And yes the touch control still works fine with that post it note on it. (Had to do the same for other electronic devices in the room.)Overall: a winner and now I need same for a different room and will order this again.
