Much brighter than my other lamps that I use for art. I can finally easily see how wet my paper is when I paint with watercolors. No more tipping the paper or moving my head all over the place to see the sheen. This lamp makes painting a pleasure. From the pictures of the product, I couldn't tell if it was going to be high quality, but I've been pleasantly surprised by everything about this lamp. The light emitting portion of the lamp is pretty huge, and is packed with bright LEDs.The flexibility of the lamp hasn't let me down yet - it's not quite as easily positionable as a halogen -based model I bought 15 years ago, but that was significantly more expensive and had a serious flaw - the halogen light made the lamp extremely hot, but to point it, you had to move the lamp around with a handle that was close enough to the bulb that it got dangerously hot. With this lamp, the lamp never gets hot. It does take a bit more effort to position then lock down the lamp arm, but not annoyingly so.The light's color may be an issue for some. I was looking for this particular color, but many people prefer "warm" light, so be sure you're ordering the correct color. If you prefer light with yellowish lamp shades over the bulb, then you may not be happy with the color.I have a dsk that's difficult to attach anything to, but this clamp did a great job - truly. It feels as stable as it can be.Honestly, my biggest complaint is that someone placed a large sticker on top of the lamp that gives you the light type, the proper voltage to run it at and the number of elements that are in the light. Oh and that it was made in China. Maybe that's something their factory does, but that's a sticker that should be attached to the cord or placed underneath the device. I got it peeled off without too much effort.Very satisfied with this product - 5/5 rating.I do very close work and this fits my needs. Very bright. Has 4 settings.I'd purchase again.I love this I couldn’t do my job without it super bright great light for pictures of nails after service it make my job so much easierSúper recomendada , alumbra muy bien ?Works well.It is a great light for painting, with a nice variety of options for brightness and good range of motion! I use it when painting miniatures on my desk, and can easily move for added light in my airbrush station without needing to move the clamp. Very happy with my purchase three months later.I have used a halogen architect light at my jigsaw puzzle for years, but the plastic post that fits into the table clamp decided to break. So I looked for a replacement and decided to give this one a try. I think that it almost is perfect.I like the fact that the post that fits into the table clamp is metal instead of plastic, so I shouldn't have the problem that killed the last light. The arms and spring assemblies are very well designed and the light stays in whatever position I put it in without a problem. The light head moves independently of the arm, increasing the flexibility of proper aiming of the light. And you don't have to turn screws or clamps or anything to make it stay in place. You can use one hand to quickly adjust it into whatever position you want. You can click the on/off switch slowly (once a second or so) to change the light levels, and there are 5 levels instead of the prior light's two levels. So that's all of the good stuff, which is impressive. The main thing that I think would make this light even better is that like other LED lights it is what I consider to be a somewhat harsh bright white light. It would be nice if there was some way to control the light temperature to make it less white and more yellow, if desired. Sure, the light color is perfect some of the time (and I suspect perfect for architects). But sometimes I wish I could soften the color a bit so that it would be easier on my eyes. If they had a button with that option this light would be perfect, in my opinion. The other thing is that the advertisements and product description that came with the light said that it "remembers" the prior light setting when you turn it off and returns to it when you turn it back on. But there was nothing in the documentation that I remember reading (I only quickly read it once) that described how to make this "memory" happen. So every time I turned off the light I click-click-clicked through all of the various light levels, and when I turned it back on it came back at full strength. One time when I was in a hurry, I pressed the on/off button quickly, thinking that I could get through the turn off process quickly. But I found that two quick presses of the on/off button is the process that turns off the light and saves the last illumination level. It would be nice to have read that in the documentation. Now you know that trick too.So if you are looking for a very flexible, sturdy light, and don't mind the light temperature that this one uses, I would highly recommend this one to you.Great task light, very bright, and looks good. It has clean lines and not so industrial-looking as other brands. I purchased this light without considering where I could attach the clamp holder, my mistake. My work desk doesn't have a side overhang to attach the clamp; I couldn't attach it to the back of the dest because the desk is against a wall, and the clamp is not flush. I attached it to the front corner of my desk, which is not ideal, but I have made it work for me. I wish the seller gave an option to purchase a heavy base holder as well as the clamp holder; this would make the lamp more versatile for anyone who has placement limitations. These placement issues are unique to me, not the product's fault, so overall, this was a good purchase. If you consider purchasing this light, carefully consider where on your workstation you will clamp it.I bought two of these for a workbench. At 2,200 lumens, I expected these lamps to be nearly as bright as a dentist's lamp. But even on their highest setting, I find myself desperately wishing for a good old 250W incandescent study lamp. They do nothing to overcome shadows from ambient daylight coming from a window some 8 feet away. The reach is reasonable and I didn't have the same issue others mentioned with the desk-mounted clamp. I just can't get enough light on my subject with these. And you have to cycle through all lumination levels to turn it off, you can't just hold the power switch to turn it off. The geometry of the lamp itself means that the lamp's arm on my right side covers the power switch on the head. And if you have this lamp coming in from the side like I do, you run the very real risk of gouging your head with its pointed end when you sit down. But the mean gripe I have is that, for the money, these lamps just don't put out very much light. I'll have to actually test them both with a meter because the advertised 2,200 lumens should be far brighter than these. Sogar zu diesem Preis.werha66The lamp works great with instant start in four different light levels. I was a bit worry seeing some reviews about the lamp not bright enough. I use the lamp as a work lamp for delicate work, and the lamp has the right brightness for me. It is brighter than the old work lamp that I replaced which had two fluorescent light tubes. During day time, I only need to set the lamp at the 2nd highest brightness level, and at night, at the top level. The build is solid and the finish looks great (I have the silver color option). My only complaint is the high price. Otherwise, the product deserves a five star.I purchased that lamp about 1 year ago and I love it since then. The lamp is super easy to assemble, sturdy (heavier than I thought, the arm is made of metal), doesn't take a desk space (which was very important for me) and it has a super bright white light! You have 4 level of brightness which you can change using one button on top which is very convenient and more likely to not brake down comparing to the ones with a touch sensor. When you press the button twice fast enough it saves the level of brightness you used and you don't need to adjust it again after turning on.To be honest I often use the most dimmed one because is so bright! The lamp itself is very wide the illuminated area is very large, which also you can easily adjust because of the good range of motion.Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I would strongly recommend it!
