The first arrives with broken glass and the ferrofluid leaking everywhere. The replacement had a large brown bubble of fluid at the top that wasn’t ferrofluid, and occluded being able to see the ferrofluid itself. Also, the ferrofluid would stop working and drift to the bottom of the glass. Pressing the start button again fixed it, but having to push the button every 60 seconds kinda defeated the purpose.
