It looks as pictured. Ordered two and originally was sent one wrong style. Amazon was extremely efficient at replacing the wrong item. I think this lamp is great and makes a big statement in my master bedroom. The only negative is both shades are somewhat crooked and nothing I do to them rectifies the lopsidedness. It is minimal so I kept the lamps.Really nice lamp. Heavy & solid. Seems to be very nicely built. Only thing bothersome was the Styrofoam packing was all over and came off in lots of little "bits" - kinda messy.
